01 / PROTOCOL REVENUE

Flap and protocol revenue follows its own allocation path.

  1. Revenue enters through one path.Flap tax proceeds pass through the Native BNB Fee Receiver into the COMPD V3 Vault Kernel: one custody boundary with separate ledgers.
  2. Split by policy, not by choice.Of every 100 parts of protocol revenue, 35 go to Strategy Capital, 15 to the Buyback Reserve and 50 to the Protocol Reserve.

02 / AGENT PROFIT

Decisions stay separate.Execution stays bounded.

Principal and profit take different roads at settlement.

  1. Principal is accounted separately.Strategy Capital takes a bounded position. Returned principal remains Strategy Capital and never enters a profit split; losses are accounted separately.
  2. Only realized profit is split.Of every 100 parts of positive realized Agent profit, 65 compound in Strategy Capital, 15 go to the Buyback Reserve, 10 go to Holder Rewards and 10 to the Protocol Reserve. A realized loss produces no profit, so nothing is split.

03 / GUARDED BUYBACK

Reserve with purpose.Return through burn.

A bounded route from protected reserve to COMPD, subject to execution checks and protocol state.

  1. Every buyback passes the guards.The Buyback Reserve is used only after the reserve trigger, per-execution limit, hard cap, cooldown, slippage and quote checks all pass.
  2. Bounded execution, then burn.The Buyback Admin reviews and submits existing transaction hashes. Owner-funded purchases remain separate from Kernel reserves. Dead-address transfers and verified supply burns are tracked separately; automatic buyback execution is disabled.

The 65 / 15 / 10 / 10 split applies only to positive realized strategy profit after principal is returned. It excludes principal, protocol revenue, unrealized PnL, losses, recovered assets and arbitrary transfers. Allocation values describe approved policy, not live balances.
